- Familiar with architectural design management workflows and statutory requirements; strong design judgement; skilled in scheme design and construction drawings, with working knowledge of structural, MEP and fit-out disciplines, and able to resolve design issues arising on site across project types.

- As principal project contact, liaising with clients and coordinating all parties. Clients served include Agile, Sun Hung Kai Properties and Sino Land, among major mainland and Hong Kong developers and public bodies.
- Languages and software
- Cantonese, Putonghua and English as working languages; strong interpersonal and design-management skills. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Grasshopper, Microsoft Office and the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); working knowledge of Lumion, Tianzheng Architecture, Revit and Enscape.
